3 Things Every Coaching & Healing Program Must Offer

business Aug 06, 2021

One of the most honest questions I have ever been asked in a podcast interview was, “Tell me something you are absolutely obsessed with.”

And after thinking about it, my reply was, “I am obsessed with making sure more coaches and healers have access to the tools and resources that will allow them to become highly transformational and highly paid.”

Now that I look back on it, I can honestly say it was one of the rawest answers I have ever spoken. I was in my absolute truth when I said it.

Understand this, to become a highly paid and transformational Coach & Healer, you will need to know more than how to price your program, set up a sales funnel, and use Canva.

When it comes to having a high-value offer as a Coach & Healer, you have to have three specific things inside your Energetic Container™ to ensure it is a vortex of increase for your clients.

It must be a place where more clients are getting the result than not.

So today, I am going to share the three must-haves of an Energetic Container™.

If you do not have three things inside of your coaching or healing program, you may be teaching but struggling to get your clients to their desired results.

Your clients deserve a level of success that they didn't even know was imaginable. So let’s get into this so you can get to work.

1- Mindset Coaching.

Even if you are not a mindset coach, you still need to have the education to help your clients clear the beliefs that are keeping them from completing the work in your program. Let’s face facts - if they are not completing the work, they will not get results. Your coaching offer sets clients up for success when it is results driven. This is more than adding a checklist. This is making sure they understand why they are struggling, the internal work they must do to get to their external expectations, why the work is important, and then actually completing each and every step.

Mindset coaching should be included in each part of your program.

  • Onboarding: This will properly set expectations about the program.

  • Module Introductions: This will help your clients understand why the module is essential to achieving their desired outcome.

  • Community: If you offer a coaching community with your program, mindset coaching will help ensure it is an inclusive space where your clients are free of judgment.

  • Coaching Calls: Your coaching calls should be more than Q&A sessions. Learn to listen deeply to your clients and coach them to learn to listen to themselves. When you simply give them the answers, they can come dependent on you for answers. They will not trust their own decisions. As a coach and healer, your primary job is internal empowerment.

2- A guided framework.

Repeat after me: packing your offer to look pretty on your sales page and program structure are not the same. Now say it again. Okay, now, two more times.

For all things holy, can y’all stop treating your coaching programs like an advanced honors course from undergrad?

The rule of thumb is K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple, Sweetie). Your guided framework needs to be an easy-to-understand step-by-step system that allows your people to get the work done in the specified time. Your clients should move through your program without unnecessary steps and questions. They should also have a system that reminds them of the work they have completed and what they skipped. Your framework should also help them understand why they are following the process and not solely what to do. A guided framework can also lower your refund and cancellation requests because your clients learn how to take personal responsibility for their path.

3- The next steps.

Not offering next-step opportunities after your clients have completed your core offer is a huge misstep. It’s like committing financial suicide. Not only is it financial suicide, but it also solves the K.I.S.S. program structure. When your business model is properly set up with front-to-back-end high-value offers, you will have more long-term clients.

Let me break it down for y'all. Lifetime Client Value is like the gift that keeps on giving. It's all about building deep and lasting relationships with your clients so that they keep coming back for more and more. When you create an energetic container for your clients, you're not just focused on selling to them once and then moving on to the next one. You're invested in their growth, their success, and their transformation. And when you create that kind of connection, you can help them in ways they never thought possible - and keep earning from them over and over again. So, if you're ready to create a business that's truly built to last, it's time to focus on your Lifetime Client Value.

I created a special training to help you learn how to reach your sales goals by increasing your lifetime client value.
