By registering for WORKSHOP REPLAY ACCESS (the “Workshop”), you agree to the following terms:

  1. Non-Refundable Registration

    • All registrations are final and non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to inability to attend the live workshop.

  2. Workshop Access

    • Access to the workshop replay course will be provided via a unique link sent to the email address used at registration. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure they can access the platform and inform the SMSS Academy team of any technical issues they may experience.

  3. Workshop Replay

    • A replay of the workshop will be available for all registered participants. The replay will be provided within 48 hours of the live session and will remain accessible for 30 days.
    • Access to the replay will be provided to students registered and enrolled in the Workshop Replay access for a period of one year. This does not include live attendees unless they paid for continued access. 

  4. Bonus Offer

    • There are no bonuses included with replay access.

  5. Personal Responsibility

    • By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge that the results achieved from implementing the strategies taught are dependent on your effort, commitment, and ability to execute. This workshop provides educational content, but success is not guaranteed.

  6. Intellectual Property

    • All materials provided during the workshop, including but not limited to the workbook, exercises, and live content, are for your personal use only. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or resale of these materials is strictly prohibited.

  7. Technical Requirements

    • Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology (e.g., a stable internet connection and compatible device) to access the workshop. No refunds will be provided for technical difficulties outside the host’s control.
